The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of The Radio Academy will be held on Wednesday 7 December 2022 at 6.00pm.
We hereby give notice under Article 11 of the Articles of Association of The Radio Academy that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of The Radio Academy will be held on Wednesday 7 December 2022 at 6.00pm.
This will be a hybrid meeting, with members able to attend in person in Central London, or via Zoom. Members will not be asked to vote on any resolutions. The Agenda of the AGM shall be:
- Summary of Radio Academy Activity during 2022
- Audited Accounts for 2021, and Forecast for 2022
- Trustees retiring, and announcement of Trustees Election
- Questions to the Chair (questions should be submitted in advance)
Members who wish to attend the AGM, either virtually or in person, should fill out the registration form below by 2 December 2022. Further details and joining instructions will be provided by return email upon registration. Any questions to the Chair should also be submitted at the time of registration.
The AGM will be followed by the London Christmas Social.
